'Journey to the Core' An adventure in two parts (all levels)

Forrest Yoga addresses the stresses and challenges of today’s lifestyle. It’s an intelligent yoga designed to strengthen your whole body, especially your core, and heal physical and emotional injuries. A powerful yoga that sets free your primal core vitality.
Ana will take you on a physical and mental journey deep into the core of your own being. You will create a heightened sense of awareness through breath and asanas, and open to the amazing quality of feeling that lives inside of you. Challenge and move your core energy into those areas it hasn’t been. Come sweat, breathe deeply and enter the incredible mystery of your core. You will feel cleansed, refreshed and alive.
The morning session will include core work and backbends. The afternoon will be core work, twists and hips. Both sessions are for all levels, except new beginners. Don't miss out on this rare and extraordinaire experience!!!
