Short & Sweet: Let’s Work. Dig Deep. Transition. Cut Clear.”
Failure is the new Happiness
with Sonia T. Bach
With a challenging fresh approach, we will work fundamentally on conditioning our legs, arms and brain… perhaps ego. Flowing through a creative matrix of crazy and equally productive moves. A respectful dialogue between strengthening and stretching elements will emerge… meanwhile, I'll guide you into a world designed to celebrate failure: Better to try something at the most expansive level, regaining a new relationship with “failure” than never interrupting a familiar pattern which may prevent you from progressing or moving forward … there is only knowledge and experience to be gained. Skillful failure.
As in yoga, so in life: We try things, make our experiences, verify what works and what doesn't, in the process of calibrating we all ideally want to become a better version of ourselves and sustainably protect & nourish this world. Together, let's question and challenge the current status quo of what is, of what we do & don't do; boldly step out into this world and expand the frontiers of new potentials & solutions. The call to "break new ground" has never been greater in our history and as all-encompassing a need as it is at this time.
This session is open to ALL yogis.
“Each person is always on the threshold between their inner world and their outer world, between light and darkness, between known and unknown, between question and quest, between fact and possibility” – Walking in Wonder/John O’Donohue
Refining your Heart Vovabulary
with Sonia T. Bach
Together we explore the path of least resistance; melting deep into the world of delicate movement culture. The intricate subtleties of this fluid, transformative flow creates new windows of vision for your body awareness, your body understanding and your mindset.
We flow through sequences that promote mobility and strengthening. There will always be surprising changes of direction that cultivate our ability to know where our body is in space. Find out how and where you move and stand in this world. We are endowed with extraordinary abilities, possessing a natural body intelligence that is designed to find solutions to challenges. These are exactly the ones we will seek out authentically, trusting that some sort of fabric is holding us! We are engineered to feel it all.
Curious? We will not put our hands on the floor even once. Just sayin'!
This session (open to ALL yogis) is a telegram to the earth to overcome gravity.
"Intuition goes before you, showing you the way. Emotion follows behind, to let you know when you go astray. Listen to your inner voice. It is the calling of your spiritual GPS system seeking to keep you on track toward your true destiny." - Anthon St. Maarten

Let challenge be your meditation and knowledge be your quest. Get your hands & feet dirty with me. On this occasion something personal from me: “Stagnation, ignorance and cheap wine drive me up the wall”.

Encore - Maybe, maybe not
with Sonia T. Bach
Yes, you are seeing right: no title, no plan! We will be in the moment and take the ride; sparking, starting from where we are together in space & time. I dare you to meet me there... I promise you won’t be disappointed. The Universe is electric and so are you: A great fiesta time ahead! Yesterday remains perfect.
“Beauty is what grows from the raw waters, it comes organically. Cannot be tried, forced, or efforted. sprouts from the real. Truth. It will only ever arise from relaxation. Being vulnerable. Surrendering into moments that pass by given. Gifted from LIFE.” – Sonia T. Bach
The practice allows me to stay open and connected in every moment. It provides me the ability to release the desire for certainty and opens me up to fall in love with the unknown, with true surprises. When you face your fears you break the wall of silence. Tuning up the volume of life matters led me to massive changes in my own life. Yoga is a healing nectar. The essence of raw life. We are strong, vulnerable, naked and pure, yet very powerful and beautiful beings.
Yoga simply helps to transform and grow into something bigger than yourself. Once the giant within you is awakened your universe begins to unfold and you know from the chambers of all your depths everything is exactly as it should be. Life is full of fleeting moments with tangible impacts. Yoga, this exquisite moving formula sharpens our senses and awareness to be present within the complexity of it all. As ideas and visions enter our system, it is our responsibility to cultivate them into action, thus, living to our fullest potential, recognizing our boundless nature. It is one thing to come to understanding the depths of your being in this world and another to own it. this is what sets us free and liberates us internally.
It is our duty to serve humanity, to nurture our hearts as well as to leave places, people & animals behind in a better space than when we found them. This thing called life is beautiful and grotesque. Life is a paradox and i have learnt to include it all. I highlight the biggest question marks in my thoughts when it comes to most of our world; politics, human rights, animal torture, power games, abuse, war and injustice of all kinds.
What remains significant is to take charge and stay involved. Divorce long held belief systems which do not serve the highest good of all and marry truth, compassion, courage, love and the knowing that it is our birth right to be happy and at peace.
Thanks to everyone who has crossed my path and inspired me to stay authentic, to learn and evolve and have kicked my butt when i needed it. gratitude to those who poured love, art and poetry all over me when least expected.
I would also love to give a humble thanks to some of my crucial yoga teacher friends who guided me along the way and who continue to influence and inspire me daily. THANK YOU: Shiva Rea, Twee Merrigan, Seane Corn, David Swenson, Richard Freeman & Cameron Shayne.
I am eager and stoked to share this magic, brilliance and wisdom. I vow to continuously pay it forward, making this world a little lovelier and more loving.
Love coming your way.
Keep your feet wild & dirty yogiz.
